DIGIGIG Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms & conditions which apply to all events recorded by DIGIGIG.
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £75. The outstanding balance is required at least two weeks prior to the event date.
The editing of the Media of your event will commence immediately and all relevant information for inclusion in the final production must be received preferably beforehand, or at the very latest on the scheduled filming day.
Provisional bookings are non secure bookings. You are under no obligation at this point, but please be aware that if a secure deposit is paid for the same date by someone else, we have to honour that agreement and you will lose your date with DIGIGIG
DIGIGIG reserve the right to cancel at any time with total refund on all monies already paid.
Total time allocation for Gigs & Events are dependent upon the quote given at time of consultation. A surcharge will be applied for extra hours, as required, and this will be discussed at the time of quotation.
The total fee includes a master copy of your chosen media, the number of which is quoted in the package price. Further copies of the media are available at an additional charge. It does not include any fees which may be charged in respect of filming at the venue or that are imposed by the venue, etc. Such fees are the responsibility of the event organiser.
Any special permissions must also be handled by the event organsiser.
Your Venue may require a Copyright License; you will need obtain this in order to legally record Live or any licensed music being played during Event. We can obtain on your behalf; the licenses you require in order to cover the Audio recordings, please refer to the booking form for which licenses you will need or call for clarification.
Whilst DIGIGIG will take every care to present you with a perfect recording of your event, in the unfortunate instance of total equipment failure we will provide a full refund of all monies paid. Should there be a problem with regard to quality of the production caused by the equipment we will negotiate a revised fee once the degree of the problem has been established.
It is our best endeavour to capture all the moments agrred within the quotation. With a one camera shoot it is more difficult as moments can happen simultaneously. A second hand held camera MAY be used during the event but we will include additional material from this device if deemed appropriate.
DIGIGIG will not provide compensation for any problems with quality of reproduction due to the location or the environment that is not the fault of the equipment or the videographer. We do not take any responsibility for lighting conditions at any of the venues nor weather conditions.
Cancellations are accepted up to:
4 months - Loss of Non Refundable Deposit Only
3 months - 25% Payment / 2 months - 50% Payment / 1 month - Full Payment
Please allow 6-10 weeks for the delivery of the final edited Media.
All original recordings remain the property of DIGIGIG and copies of the final edited version remain copyright. Further copies of each edited version can be obtained for the appropriate cost from DIGIGIG. Original Material remains with the Artist and NOT DIGIGIG, but DIGIGIG reserve the right to reproduce and use original material within promotional aspects.
